Three years ago this month we walked into a local coffee shop, signed a few papers, and officially launched our business, SoDak Stays (then named Huizing Properties).
Since that time, we’ve onboarded more than 20 properties, streamlined our business operations, and even became parents to two kids under three!
Running and growing our own short-term rental company is hard work, but we believing creating one-of-a-kind experiences for people and working for ourselves is one of the most rewarding experiences.

As we blow out the candles 🎂 on our three-year anniversary, we’re already looking ahead to what’s next. Here’s to another year of making memories, building relationships, and creating something truly special together.
