Hostaway notifies us any time a booking comes through and offers automatic replies when communicating with guests.
Smart Lock: Keeping properties secure from anywhere
There are many smart locks on the market today, but we choose to use the Yale Assure Smart Lock to set unique codes that allow guests to enter the property.
After a guest’s stay ends, we are able to reset the property code to enter to ensure only the next guest can safely enter.
The best part about using a smart lock is that we don’t need to physically be at a property to reset the code. With the remote access feature of the Yale Assure Smart Lock, we can lock and unlock entrance into our properties from anywhere in the world! When often hear from guests that they appreciate the emphasis we place on safety at our properties.
