Introducing Amani Haven: A Peaceful Retreat in Sioux Falls

Peace can be hard to come by when you’re raising a young family while running a small business—especially during summer, our busiest season of the year.

That’s why our newest property has become a much-needed breath of fresh air in the middle of a busy season.

Its name, Amani, literally means “peace” in Swahili, and from the moment we stepped inside, it felt fitting. Not because life suddenly slowed down, but because this home has a way of making you want to slow down.

That feeling inspired the name Amani Haven, and it’s exactly what we hope every guest experiences during their stay.

A home designed for connection

When we welcome guests into a SoDak Stays property, we want them to feel like they’ve arrived somewhere they can truly settle in — not just a place to sleep.

With over 2,600 square feet, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for families and friend groups to spread out while still enjoying time together.

The heart of the home is the finished basement, where you’ll find a projector screen for movie nights, a cozy sectional, an electric fireplace, and a ping pong table that’s guaranteed to spark a little friendly competition.

Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook meals together. With seating for up to twelve between the dining table and kitchen island, no one has to pull up a folding chair.

What guests are loving

Room for everyone

With four bedrooms and room for up to eight guests, everyone has space to spread out without feeling cramped.

A gathering space you’ll actually use

The projector screen, oversized sectional, fireplace, and ping pong table make the lower level the perfect place to spend time together.

Peaceful outdoor living

Enjoy meals under the covered patio, let the kids or pup play in the fully fenced backyard, or simply soak in the quiet.

Book your Sioux Falls stay

Amani Haven still has availability throughout the fall, but we don’t expect those dates to last long.

Whether you’re planning a family weekend, reconnecting with friends, traveling for work, or simply looking for a peaceful place to recharge, we’d love to host you.

We hope Amani Haven lives up to its name — and becomes a place of peace, connection, laughter, and rest for every guest who walks through the door.
