We’re excited to officially introduce The Opal, our newest Sioux Falls short-term rental. And honestly, we can’t think of a better time to add a new property to the mix. As we head into a busy fall season in Sioux Falls, we’re always looking for ways to give our guests more comfortable, convenient places to stay.
Located in a quiet, private neighborhood in southeast Sioux Falls, The Opal is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom twinhome aimed at giving guests a comfortable place to temporarily call home.
Open concept, one-level floorplan
One major advantage of The Opal is its open concept design spread out across one floor. This gives guests the ability to be close together without feeling like they’re stepping over each other.
And with two separate living rooms, guests are able to pick the relaxing atmosphere that best fits their mood:
- Front living room: couch, chair, recliner, and smart TV perfect for fellowship and entertainment.
- Back living room: smaller loveseat and chair in a cozy corner of the home — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, journaling, or unwinding at the end of a long day. You’ll also have access to the back patio.

The Opal sleeps up to four guests and has a setup that works especially well for families, couples, business travelers, or anyone looking for a little extra space during their stay.

The Opal’s kitchen has plenty of counter space for making a home-cooked meal, along with dinnerware, pots and pans, baking dishes, and some of our favorite kitchen helpers — including an Instant Pot, blender, food processor, and toaster.
And of course, there’s a coffee bar. ☕ You’ll find both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, along with coffee, pods, creamer, and sugar.
